In
order to maintain our three centres and to keep delivering,
improving and developing our existing services, we need to
raise over £400,000 a year!
This is a huge task, which is undertaken primarily by our
Strategic Manager (Andrew McMann) and our full time fundraiser
(Ingrid Brough-Williams).
As well as maintaining, improving and developing existing
services, we also carry out research to identify new services
that would benefit carers and acquire additional funding where
possible to implement them.
We work very hard to ensure that our running costs are kept
to an absolute minimum. The majority of our paid staff are
fully financed by grants and we work with volunteers where
possible to ensure that money donated by the general public
is spent on improving services for carers and not staff wages
and running costs.
